Dr. Fitness has been pivotal in helping me improve my run times and endurance for 5 K and 10 K runs with precise, systematic plans. I first visited the place after the Hyderabad Triathlon 2017 edition to get treated for an injury. I could not even walk, but was helped to get back on my feet and with a proper rehab, I’m able to run again easily after a complete recovery. With a scientific approach towards training with the correct level of intensity, duration and recovery coupled with customized coaching plans helps each athlete to achieve his/her goals by harnessing the full potential.
